The facilitator of the workshop is Ms. Alyna Chong, founder of The Learning Caravan Pte Ltd, an educational consultancy company incorporated in Singapore. Alyna started in the early childhood field in 1987 and has extensive experience working in both local and international early-years settings in Singapore. She is actively engaged in continuing professional development through research-based practices in her work with children, educators and parents.
Methodology that would be used in this workshop includes audio-visual presentations, discussions, reflective sharing and practical & interactive activities.
The Learning Caravan provides educators with experiential & practical training that is built upon current research, actual practice and most of all, a passion to help educators develop dispositions that promote respect for the Child and planning & programming that is based on the needs & interests of the Child.
